Macro to search from one file & place on another file.
 

Hello,

I have two Excel files, one is a BOM with over 3000 entry
of parts, etc. and the other is a selection of parts.
On the selection of parts file, the row has the name of
the part to select and the column is to select from 2, 3,
4, etc part number list. The part number to select from
can be different from each tool.
I would be to create a macro so that it will search the
right part from the BOM file, match the part number from
the selection of parts file and place the part number in
the correct column.

Is this possible? if so, please help. Thanks
