center picture over cell-Help
 

I have a button that allows a user to upload a photo usin
xlDialogInsertPicture. I have the picture upload over cell J13.
cannot figure out how to:

1. center the picture over the cell
2. Cement the picture to the cell (per se) so when I want to copy th
whole row (text and the picture) and paste elsewhere the text in th
cells and the picture are pasted.

Can someone please help me? I hope I am explaining this well enough.
