A good book on using Powerpoint VBA to drive macros in Excel ?

Hi - we want to build a self running presentation (on a CD) using
Powerpoint. Can any one recommend *a good book* on using Powerpoint
VBA to drive macros in Excel ?. The idea is to switch from ppt to
Excel and back again perhaps 20 times .
