MyBar doesn't run automatically
 

I've created "MyMenuBar" and it runs ok when opening the workbook. Then,
I open a second workbook with "MyMenuBar" and it works okay too.
Problem: when close any of those workbooks, the delete MyMenuBar code
returns the Excel default Menu Bar, leaving it alive. Although there is
a [SUB WORKBOOKACTIVATE] should call the [Sub CREATE_MyMenuBar]. Any
help?
