I am tring to make a form in Excel using Macros. In this
form I would like to give the user a choice of 3
statements. I would like the user to check one statement -
- then if the user clicks another statement the first
statment will uncheck and the new statement will be
checked. what function do I use to create my form?
..

What you need to do, is create a Userform, and then use 3 radio buttons (the
circle ones...), they're exclusive, and behave as you describe.
