Excel XP 2001 vs Excel XP 2002

I created a dialog box in Excel XP VB 2001. I then use the
excel sheet on a desktop that has Excel 2002 XP, the
dialog box keeps giving me compile errors that it can't
find certain objects in the library. These are simple
objects such as text boxes. The funny thing is that we use
the same image on all the PC's, some pc's have this issue
and some don't. Am I missing a patch? I've checked to see
if everything is registered and it looks good. Help!

On the problem PC, go to the VBA Editor, then the Tools menu,
then References. Check to see if any libraries are marked
'MISSING'. If any are, and you don't need them, uncheck the
reference. If you need the reference (e.g., MSForms), close
Excel, and go the Windows Start menu, choose Run, and enter the
following:

Excel.exe /regserver

Worked like a charm, was excel trying to use the missing
library?
