Help is needed !

I have to create a database in Excel of people that will look like:

A B C
D

NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH, TELEPHONE NO.

A= NAME
B= ADDRESS
C= DATE OF BIRTH
D=TELEPHONE NO.
And so on.

I would like to generate a pop-up that will act 2 days before th
person's birthday , and will send an automatic email message to mysel
as a remminder of client's birthday.
Is there any way to create a formula that will answer my requirments

I must remark that I am not a programmer and I would need instruction
where I should install a program/formula like that.
