Workbook file password protection - forgotten

Hi there

does anyone know how i can get into a password protected workbook - i
can't get to one i protected and then forgot the password (this is my
own workbook and i therefore have full permission to do what I like to
it). I cant download any software, and also cannot go to any sites
which have been catergorised as 'hacking'

I have some lovely worksheet protection vba i could share - if anyone
needs it...

I would like (in an ideal world) for some code I could run in access
or excel that will remove the password....

help please

if you can't open the workbook because of the password, then I think you are
in the realm of a commercial software cracker. If you can't purchase one,
then I believe you are out of luck. I am not aware of any free vba code
that removes the password for a file.
