Excel Data Validation - copy command overwrites
 

I have several columns within a worksheet that have data validations.
When a user copy/paste or cut/paste data into the cell. The dat
validation is lost.

I would like to allow copy/paste or cut/paste into the column an
maintain data validation. Can this be done and if so how?
