Disable/Turn off

Is there a way to not display the formula bar on a active
workbook without making the change global for all
spreadsheets in the future.

Also how can I Gray out the standard tool bars that are
open in the workbook so no one can use any reformatting or
copy/pasting buttons on the spreadsheet I created.

Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks
Pete

Hi Pete,

Add this code to that workbook

Sub Auto_Open()
Application.DisplayFormulaBar = False
End Sub

Sub Auto_Close()
Application.DisplayFormulaBar = True
End Sub
