Email Excel form

I have an Excel sheet, call it an order form, that list items ordered, price, etc. I would like to email it as the message not as an attachment. However when you send as an email it becomes a dead image. You can't have Approve/Reject buttons or changeable fields. Saving as a web page didn't seem to work well either. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Think you would have to create an outlook form and transfer the data to the
form.

I don't see anything there about keeping buttons and other functions going but thanks anyway. Outlook Forms might have issues outside the company. I'm trying Word files.
