use vba in excel to append data in access
 

I rarely study about vba course. But my job is about vba in excel.
I would like a code from VB to append the data from excel2000 file int
access2000. The excel file name is grade.xls and the other i
grade.mdb with password protect is "1234". Please help me AND I a
pleased with every answers. Note: 0.5,1,2.5 are the credit and 0-6 i
grade system.
