CopyPicture is giving problem
 

Hi,

I'm using VB to copy the excel content and paste it in powerpoint.
Due to some reason, i'm locking the clipboard to avoid user copy paste
while doing this task
I'm using the below steps to lock the clipboard and release.

step 1 - Openclipboard
step 2 - EmptyClipboard
step 3 - use excel range.copy (or copypicture) to copy the content to
clipboard
step 4 - paste the content in the powerpoint
step 5 - CloseClipboard


Following are the issues im facing while doing this task:

1. I'm not able to use range.CopyPicture method after locking the
clipboard (Error is "Cannot Empty the clipbard")
(Please note that excel is present as the COM server (server object is
created using the create object method))


Is there a alternate way to achieve the above

How many times can the user use the clipboard in the few billionths of a
second that your data is there?
