Overview of VBA objects etc...

I am a beginner in Excel VBA. I have some programming experience i Turbo Pascal, and know a little about object-oriented programming, bu I need to get an overview of objects, methods etc... in Excel VBA. will be delighted if someone can recommend either a good reference boo and/or some sites to look for. if you choose one of John Walkenbach's books no problem as he highlights the changes.
