I must send a spread sheet to many sales people.

I need to lock it down but do to size of info need to give
them ability to change column width - what can I do.

The only thing they are going to do to this sheet is copy
one cell at a time from column E and also click on drop
down box in column F and choose an X for certain rows.

Each work book has 2 sheets the data sheet where they work
plus one notes sheet.
