EXCEL dollar sign BUG?
 

control panel-regional settings-Currency-currency
symbol=SGD$

However,when i open a .csv file containing a dollar
sign "$"
my excel shows US$XXXX.XX

Everytime i open the .csv file, i need to correct the
format to the whole column.

How to fix it?
