Capture Outlook E-Mail Address
Windows 2000 / Excel 2000
Anyone know how to capture the user's Outlook address? I am creating a macro that automatically sends text e-mail messages to various recipients based on input selections from the user. My problem is getting the user to be included. I have tried variants of Application.UserName but that relies on the user being set up with the same name in the e-mail address. Anyone know how to capture the user's Outlook address? Thanks in advance, - - TB - - |
Capture Outlook E-Mail Address
Hi Tom
I believe you can only extact the address from mails you recieve? But I am not a Outlook fan so maybe it is also possible to do what you want. Try to look on this website http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/getsenderaddy.htm Very good site for Outlook http://www.outlookcode.com -- Regards Ron de Bruin (Win XP Pro SP-1 XL2000-2003) www.rondebruin.nl "Tom B" wrote in message ...
