2 questions sheets displayed at bottom
 

1) for the sheet names displayed at the bottom of the screen, how do you change the font size of the name displayed

2) similar to how you can freeze certain columns & rows on the upper left side of a worksheet (i.e., freeze panes), how do you freeze the first one or two sheets displayed so that they continue to be displayed even when you scroll to the right in a workbook with multiple sheets?
