Is there a way you can reset the VBA Project Password of a VBA projec
for excel??

If you have access to the VBA Editor ( ALT+F11) and the project properties
then you can change that password.
If you have not, you must find a third-party password supplier to crack it.

There are many who offer these password crackers, but I have nver had one
that worked.

Search google is the best way and then you need some luck.
Also John Walkenbach ( The Spreadsheet Page ) holds a list on his website
with password-cracker suppliers.
