please help me, i have over 600 contacts in an excel file
and need to transfer them to labels. please,please help
me, if i have to transfer them one by one i'm gonna shoot

It could be done in Excel only, but........

Investigate the use of Word's mailmerge feature to get Excel data to labels
and envelopes.

Doing it strictly in Excel is difficult and involves much trial and error
formatting.
