Retrieving external data
 

I have a spreadsheet that has an Access querie in it. The
querie runs daily Monday - Friday. what is the command to
append the data at the bottom of the existing data not
replace it. I would also like to know this same function
but insert the data at the top of the excel file below a
header pushing the previous data down.
