Default wats the best way for learning Macros, vba's etc

hi i am a newbie, and havent done any macros or programming in excel.

whats the best way for me to learn about vba, macros and stuff.

Use the macro recorder, Tools Macro Record New Macro. Do you actions.
Stop the recorder an dexamine the code.

The local library will have numerous reference books on this.

There are many more, but these should get you going.

Don't forget the Macro Recorder. The code is not perfect, but you can get an
idea of what is happening.

Buy a good book, that's how I started. It is also not a bad idea to read
something about programming in general - algorithms, programming technics
and stuff.
