Saving JPEGs Automatically Using Hyperlinks
 

I have an excel sheet with hyperlinks that individually
open a jpeg file from the web. I'd like to be able to
automatically save these jpegs using the excel sheet.
Furthermore, how do I change the program the jpegs open
in when I click on the hyperlink? (I've already
associated the jpeg file format with a program other than
Photo Editor but the files still open in Photo Editor.)
