Default Deselect of Cells

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to deselect cells within a selection.

example:
Range A1:D5000 is selected.

Now i want deselect some cells.
maybe B500, C700 B700:D600 or something like that

Is there a fast way to do this? Without looping through each cell o
the selection?

wkr
Rober
