Default Programming in Excel 2003!

When I open my project i get the message that some ActiveX
object are potentially unsafe, and to click OK to proceed.
It doesn't load my RichTextbox file, and when I try to add
one it says that it is unsafe to put the object in the
Form. How can I correct this error?
