Responding to Outlook Errors when useing Sendmail!!
Hi: I am using the "sendmail" command to automatically send an E mail and attachment from an Excel spreadsheet. When I use the command, Outlook responds with a message warning the user that someone is trying to automatically send an e mail, and asking them if this is OK. If the user responds YES, then everything goes smoothly. However, if they respond NO the macro containing the command ends prematurely, and I am left with a user looking at some odd figures on a spreadsheet, rather than the main sheet or a menu. I need to know how to make the system respond in some sensible way to the NO answer to the question, I believe that this is ties up in exception processing, but have no idea how to trap it. Really all I need is some way to programmatically capture the negative response and use programming to bring the event to some clean closing. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
