There is a US zip code in the format list but does anyone
know how to format for a Canadian Postal Code ie; A1B 2C3 |

No.. As opposed to US codes the Canadian codes are text and you can't format
text. If it is the caps and the space that bother you then you could use an event macro or a help column with formula that would do that for you -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Tim" wrote in message ... Tim,
what is the specific format problem you're having? Are they displayed incorrectly (ie. a1b 2c3 or A1B2C3). If you have more info I might be able to help you. Dan E "Tim" wrote in message ...
