In the range A3:0 i have many rows filled whit a data, my prob is to

You need to look at conditional formatting (under the Format menu)

Select the data block
Format -- Conditional formatting select "Formula is" enter =($O3="AAAA") choose a format click OK Tim. "sal21 " wrote in message ...
