Default colorize row if...

In the range A3:0 i have many rows filled whit a data, my prob is to
colorize font in entire row if in the column O is present the value
AAAA

You need to look at conditional formatting (under the Format menu)

Select the data block

Format -- Conditional formatting

select "Formula is"
enter =($O3="AAAA")

choose a format
click OK
