refer to the sheets Name property in my code (not what is on the Tab)
I changed the Name property of a worksheet in the Properties pane of the VBA Editor. This does not change the text that shows up on the sheets "Tab."
I want to refer to the sheets Name property in my code (not what is on the Tab) incase the your changes the name on the Tab How do I do this? (I know I've seen this posted here before, but I can't find it. |

if your sheetname is "InnerSheetName" but on the tab it says "Sheet1" you can use [InnerSheetName] to refer to the object. try this: msgbox [InnerSheetName].name this will give a message box with the tab name. this should work for you.
