TreeView Control
 

I am attempting to use a Treeview control in an Excel (2002) application I am developing. The control works fine but when the application is closed, Excel crashes and an error message appears

"Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

In the Event viewer I get the following info

Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.4302.0, faulting module mscomctl.ocx, version 6.1.95.45, fault address 0x0000fc00

Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can stop it
