Excel Application needs a DLL

I've got an Excel spreadsheet - more like an application - that, when I open
it in Excel 2000, says "Error in loading DLL".

When I click "O.K.", there's a blank spreadsheet - not even an empty one.
When I go to Tools Macro Macros..., there's no macros in there (the
spreadsheet doesn't load).

Can someone tell me how I can get into this spreadsheet to find out what DLL
it's looking for?
