Is there any way I can increase the size of the virtual memory in excel while running the macro?
 
Hi,
I have a big excel document needs to run macro daily. I encountered the low virtual memory message before. I added to the max of my PC allowed for the Virtual memory space both on my C drive and D drive to 4095 mb. But I still can't copy pasted one of the sheets in excel to the other files. I am running Excel 2000 and just installed Service Pack 2 and 3. But I still face the same problem.
Does anyone have any solution?
Any help would be appriciated.

Julie,

Has it ever worked since it stopped working? I ask because it may be that the file is damaged. If you suspect that is the case Microsoft has instructions on how to repair large damaged files.

Also, is the sheet you are trying to copy larger than 4095 mb? If so then you will need to increase your virtual diskspace or RAM or both. If not, it should copy and paste unless it is damaged.
