Excel Automation - server hangup
 

Can anyone tried Excel automation in Windows 2000 server
from VB6 COM Program successfully?

In my installation, apparently, the server hangs up and
reboots automatically after my VB program processes
certain number of formulas in Excel. (Server: Win2K SP4,
Excel 2000). I did not find any solution. Microsoft
recommends not-to-automate solution, so I'm kinda out-of-
solution mode. Do you know any alternatives to Excel which
supports Excel formulae? Because I am using Excel just for
this purpose.
