Default Suming up a Split second timing

If I have a time of 01:22.45 , which is mm:ss.00, how do i add th
values of the mm (which has to be * 60 secs), ss and the .00 into a ne
cell which is total of the )1:22.45. Which is 82.45. No problems addin
the mm and ss. but its the split second that gets me.

Thank
