Dynamic range problem #2

Ive been batteling for a while with a similar experience Stave had.

I have sequence of date which looks similar to the following

Time Value
01:01 234
01:02 345
01:03 567
01:04 345

All times are GMT +1. The time now is 12:42 AM.
