how to refresh entire sheet?
 

I've got data that displays a value cells by calling that cell

so my cell, for example a1, has =b6

in b6 i have a number.

If i do F2 on the cell the cell updates and shows that number
how can I refresh all the other cells, in one go, in the series so that they
show the numbers that correspond to them?

You probably set Calculation mode to Manual. ToolsOptionsCalculation,
check Automatic. Or press F9 to manually recalculate the entire workbook, or
SHIFT+F9 to recalculate just the active worksheet.
