Excel hides below other windows
 

Thanks for your help for the problem stated below....



I have a vba app where I invoke a dialog box..
After the user clicks on the dialog box..
I make a network call and at that moment other windows on my desktop
come on top and excel hides below...

( How to resolve this ? )



After I complete my network call I popup a message box and the task
bar starts flashing...If I click on the excel I can't see the
message...I have to click on the task bar...

( How to resolve this ? )
