Floating information box in a worksheet
 

First time poster here (and not very experienced VBA programmer) - so I
apologize for my ignorance, any mistakes or lack of etiquette ... but since
I have not been able to find a solution to my problem by searching the
newsgroups I suppose I'll just have to try to formulate my problem ...



I have a fairly large worksheet that several people are using to map data -
each cell represents a specific location in a building - depending on the
status of that location they enter different numbers and format the cells
with different colors ... All this works fine, but people keep forgetting
the codes and colors, so I want to add an "information box" (a simple text
box with codes and colors) that appears and floats on top of this worksheet
when ever it is active. This box would float on top of the worksheet and is
always visible for the user no matter where he/she scrolls to on that
specific worksheet. If the user goes to a different worksheet I would like
the box to close/disappear.



I hope this is feasible . and would really appreciate it if someone could
point me in the right direction for a solution ...
