How do i read date in sheet1 (January), All January Dates from
DATAsheet
and all February in sheet2 (February), from DATA sheet

Name Date Down Pay Etc
John S. 1-Jan-04 5.00
Carla F. 2-Feb-04 7.00
Victor Z. 3-Jan-04 8.00
New Clients New Clients
This Month This Month
Sheet1 Sheet2 DATA Sheet
January February

Use an advanced filter in DATAsheet to copy the appropriate data to the
appropriate sheet.

Another possibility would be to use pivot tables in each of the destination
sheets.
