![]() PROBLEM STATEMENT: I have 3 columns, ColumnA which is blank, ColumnB that contains text, Column C that also contains text. I want to "adjust" column A so that text is automatically filled in by excel depending first on the contents of column B and then on the contents of column C. e.g. if column B contains either "yes" or "no", then column C is examined, and if it contains "yes" then Column A is automatically filled in with the text "active", etc How can i achieve such action? Could the if function become useful in this? if yes how I would greatly appreciate your help!!! |
