Hi,

What would be the macro commands to determine the colour of the text
in a cell in a Microsoft 97 spreadsheet?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Activecell.Font.ColorIndex

you can get the colours by looking at the ColorIndex Property in VBA Help(3
is red for instance)
