Excel - VBA Error
 

Hi !
when i open the VBA project using my excel worksheet
(tools-macros-Visual Basic Application), i get
following error :

CiceroUIWndFrame: EXCEL.EXE -Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f52cd2" referenced memory
at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "written".
Click ok to terminate the program

Can anybody help me out....

Thanx for replying but it is with all the workbooks
and i tried reinstalling word and VB also but it gives the
same error

Hi Seema,

All I could find was this knowledge base article:

Which leads me to believe there is a problem with your installation of
MSGraph. You could try starting Office setup and try removing MS Graph
(Office Tools category). Restart the computer and add it back in.

Another hunch:

Try cleaning out your windows\temp folder
