How to modify the comment pop-up behaviour.
 

Problem: How to modify the comment pop-up behaviour.

I want my comments to pop-up in the position that can be
specified when showing a comment.

I'm well out of my depth here...but is it possible to
extend the comment class to incorporate this... or use api
to hook the comment pop-up event and modify it...or...???
