I'm making a small Excel project. Is there a way to
change the Excel icon on my project so the shortcut on my
desktop will be a little more personalized?

Peter,

If you want to change the shortcut icon: Right-click the shortcut,
Properties, Change Icon

If you want to change the icon on the taskbar, see if this previous post by
