mutiple strings from a drop down menu
how would yougo about doing the following?:
I have a simple form that where a user selects a month from a drop down menu and hits a button to generate a multiple xls files for the picked month. right now it creates 27 files (one for each person in the group) I would like to create a drop down menu with all the people's (form the group) name on it and the user could then select a month and one or more people to generate only their files. how would you pass these variables to a macro?? I can do it with one but unsure on how to do it for more than one thanks Pabs --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |
