Seperatin data ffom one column into another column
 

Is there an easy way to extract data from one column and put it into another
column on the same row.

I have a large file where for example in column A, a large number of the records
have (some sort of text) along with the main data. I would like to extract all
the (some sort of text) c/w brackets from column A and put it into column B
