Embedded option buttons
 

Maybe some one can give me a hand with a couple of things.
First, I have embedded a couple of groups of ActiveX
option buttons in a worksheet. They work just fine but
when the focus moves to another object the button resizes
itself to a small circle with a little + inside it
instead of a button with a black dot inside it. Does
anyone have a way to stop this?

Second, I am having a problem keeping my controls in
place after I perform a filter. I have them set to move
and size with cells and they are inside the cells. Just
looking for some useful tips here.
