Shortcut to toggle active Worksheet

Is there a keyboard shortcut to toggle between the
worksheets in a workbook? I'm hoping there is something
that worked with similar functionality to "Alt-Tab" with
all open windows.

If this is currently not available would writing a macro
to perform this be possible?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
m Shane
