freeze panes...perhaps in microsoft script editor
 
i want to "freeze panes" in excel; but i want the frozen pane to be th
bottom part and i want the top part to scroll. Is there any way o
doing this, perhaps in microsoft script editor? If so, please give m
the HTML code or whatever instructions or advice possible

Freeze panes is a built in Excel capability and doesn't support what you
describe. You could split pane and simulate this behavior.
