Open file in the application that created it
How can i force a file created in another application to
open on that application (for instance "*.pdf" file)? |
Open file in the application that created it

Thanks Tom, but i didn't explain the problem very well. I
have a custom menu with an option that by default it will open .xls files, but some .xls files may allready been zipped, for instance. When the file open dialog box opens all files are visible, and what i'd like to do is, if i click on a zip file Winzip will open it and then i can choose the .xls file inside the archive and open it with Excel. Is this possible ? -----Original Message----- Define its parent application in folder options. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Luis" wrote in message ...
